They are the joys of killing , self-righteous and just annoying ! Do you think those RAM healthy and nutritious tips endless in the throat that we will always ignore it and feel guilty after a certain way then ? You know the ones I mean , they are obviously well-intentioned but sometimes a bit lost in how to do it, because nobody wants to feel guilty to live as they wish. Please stop preaching to me and I feel bad .

Aah , but there is a problem here. What best practices, education and knowledge exchange switch just in the face and embarrassing side preaching ? If we knew all the answers, and it is clear that we would not need to be reminded or shown differently. This is not always practical, but it is your choice. Set the average or create a habit that can not be broken - either way it will make a difference.

The reality is that the reason why we were embarrassed by the board due to the self-inflicted guilt because we chose to ignore it, again and again.
