Technical project management that have been subjected to a sort of tremor in recent years. With still very agile in many areas and continues to hang waterfall, it seems little agreement as regards the "right" way to manage a project . Unfortunately, this is another area where there is an agreement to be reached. Some argue that there are three phases of a project , there are seven others. Here we will examine the management structure of the project in five phases , which seems to be one of the most flexible and easy administration supports project management in several phases.
What are the five steps?

A . Initiation : Start of the project is the part where we call our project officially started working on it. At this point , the definition is broad and it is simply time for donors and stakeholders to be diligent to see if this project will continue. If your project requires a study or feasibility analysis, this is the point to be made.

Two . Project Planning : After the initiation phase is completed and the project was considered a regular basis, the mammoth task of planning must be done . This phase may involve costing , scope, project plans , Gantt charts , the planning stage and more. At the end of this phase, the project manager must have a good understanding of the project scope and the main results are expected to occur.

Three . Performance: This is where the action happens . The planning phase, the project manager launches its operating team deliverables for your project . Of course, it may be necessary to have a nod back or resume planning, there must be major changes in the scales scope, budget or time, but otherwise it's all posts combat.

April. Monitoring and control : So far each phase came largely in isolation, but this phase is applied in conjunction with the phase of implementation. Throughout the implementation , monitoring and control of the project should keep an eye on the performance and progress and data collection project reports , updates and comments.

May Close : Many project managers tend to breeze through this final phase of the project , but should not. Closing a project is as important as the beginning , without proper procedures are followed, the stupid errors that spoil all the work the team has done. This phase should include the official presentation of the project to the client , termination of contractors, project meetings and post the reward and recognition of the team concerned .

When there is a very interesting project in mind, it can be tempting to skip a phase certainproject planning and go at runtime. However, in reality , there is no advantage in doing so , and that means these phases should be examined at a later date . Each of the five steps should have the same weight in terms of importance , since all add to a project better organized, who will understand you learn about project management in more depth.
